Training

Training can be in-person or online. We focus in on teaching key movement patterns, with emphasis on technique, progression and efficiency.

We also offer ‘plan-only-programmes’ where we give you sessions to complete in your own time, at home or in a gym. These require a level knowledge of technique and skill to undertake safely yourself with no supervision. Please enquire for further details.

Most importantly, please remember you DON’T have to feel confident or fit to get in touch, leave that part to us! We are all on a fitness journey and are all unique with different aspirations. You can feel reassured that you are in safe hands, and with your commitment and consistency, the sky’s the limit!
