Personal Training
The Benefits

How does it Work?
PT sessions tend to be ‘strength’ based. This means using resistance training with weights and your bodyweight to strengthen your muscles and tendons. We focus on mobility and core strength as essential building blocks for progression. We can add in cardio interludes, or slow the pace down with balance / proprioception work. Ultimately the mix of the session depends on your needs and your goals.
Personal training can either be conducted in-person or virtually (online), or a mixture to suit your needs.
Commitment & Consistency
PT isn’t a quick fix. Commitment and consistency are key for your personal development. The more you put into it, the more you get out of it. Recognising that not everyone can afford multiple sessions a week, it is beneficial to mix up PT and classes to get the ideal training volume for your physical health. Having said that, the mental health benefits from PT are gained from the outset!
