"Polly has provided me with personal training and I regularly attend her Pilates classes. For the PT, she provides a very tailored service, working hard initially to understand and establish your goals, strengths and limitations and she helps set very clear targets. She is passionate about what she does and takes pride and enjoyment from enabling people to reach these goals. That energy translates into motivation and encouragement that I would not have had working alone or as a member of a gym. With the Pilates classes, she sets the best example by being brilliant at what she does, but always provides variations on each routine to account for different levels of ability. She explains the purpose of each move and the benefits it has. She makes the classes fun and creates a sense of community amongst the people that attend. I have had a desk job for all my career and have done a lot of running and football over the years. Consequently, I had poor mobility and back problems. Through the PT and Pilates, I have improved my core, glute and general strength and mobility. My attitude to training and taking care of myself has improved.
